How much does shipping cost?

We offer free worlwide shipping, 

Do you offer shipping with tracking?

Yes, when your order is shipped from the Post Office we will send you a message with the tracking information.

What is the delivery time?

The estimated delivery time is 10 - 20 working days.

What if my parcel does not arrive within the estimated time?

Exceptionally a package could take a few more days to be delivered, you can check the track & trace link you received via email to know its status.

What happens if a package wasn't delivered but the tracking states that it was?

Get in contact with your post office to try to locate your package, if the problem is not resolved, contact us as quickly as possible, we will be at your disposal to help you.

Can I cancel or edit my order?

Yes within 24 hours of placing the order

How can I track my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail with a tracking link of the shipment.

How can I know my size?

Measure yourself with a tape measure, write down your measurements and compare them with the table in our size guide to choose the right size.

We recommend that you order one size up if your measurements are between two sizes.

EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS ORDERS

Can I return my ordered items?

You can return your order within 14 days after package receipt

What is the return process?

You must complete the form in Contact by selecting the option "Product return" and writing down the order number.

What are the requirements for a return to be accepted?

You must send your unused item, with the label and the invoice to the return address indicated on the invoice.

How do I know whether Flagof has received the item I returned?

Once your parcel arrives at the warehouse and your return has been approved,  you will receive an confirmation email to process the exchange or refund.

What are the costs of an exchange or return?

You will have to pay the cost of package shipping to our premises, the amount depend of your location and agency you use.

Do you offer free shipping for exchanges?

Yes, we offer free worldwide shipping for exchanges.

When will I receive my refund?

Your refund will be processed within 10 business days of your return being received.

How will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued in the original form of payment.

What if my return is not accepted?

We cannot accept a return if the item has evidences of being used, it does not have the label or the invoice. In case you want it to be sent again, we will charge the shipping costs.

What are the shipping costs if the return is not accepted?

The costs depend on your location.

What do I do if my order has a defect?

If you receive an item with a defect, contact us through our "Product return" form so that we can send you a new item as soon as possible.
